About the Author

Captain Ashok Mulloth, an Extra Master Mariner, retired as Senior Shipping Specialist at the Singapore Maritime Academy, Singapore Polytechnic, where he now serves as an Adjunct Lecturer. He has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching and learning, and is the author of three books as well as several published conference papers.
