We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom only on our website. If you're from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. We can often dispatch orders received before 11:00 on the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
There are rare occasions where we're snowed under with orders where dispatch may be a day later. We're a small business and we will always try our best. If there are any delays beyond that, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel or substitute.

Carriers
We use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Amazon Logistics to dispatch our orders. We have had great feedback on the service they provide, and we value the flexibility they offer our customers such as different delivery dates, collection options and easy-to-arrange redelivery.
All shipments are tracked.

VAT on Shipping
VAT will be charged at the same rate as the items purchased, i.e. 20% VAT will be charged on the shipping cost for standard-rated items, and no VAT will be charged on the shipping cost for zero-rated items. Where your order includes a combination of standard- and zero-rated items, VAT will be charged proportionally.
