A VHF radio is standard equipment on any boat, and knowing how to use it properly matters. These books cover marine VHF operation, correct radio procedures, distress calling (including DSC), and the GMDSS system used by commercial shipping. If you are studying for your Short Range Certificate (SRC), this is where to start.
