We don't have a physical shop - we've been operating online only since 2013. This allows us to keep our costs low which in turn means we can offer you the best prices!
If you'd rather browse the shelves in a bricks-and-mortar shop we'll happily give you recommendations for some great businesses in your area.
Looking for a pop-up shop for an event or at a nautical college? We're always happy to travel so send us your proposal and we'll do our very best.

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. We can often dispatch orders received before 11:00 on the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
There are rare occasions where we're snowed under with orders where dispatch may be a day later. We're a small business and we will always try our best.
If there are any delays beyond that, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel or substitute.

All shipments are tracked.

We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery. If it's been a bit longer please get in touch - as long as your items are in as-new condition and are still in our range we will always try to accommodate where we can.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of Admiralty Print on Demand (Small Craft and Standard) charts as they cannot be resold.
If any of the items in your order arrive faulty or damaged, let us know as soon as you can and we'll offer a replacement or refund.
