Stand up paddleboarding has grown hugely in recent years, and there is now a good selection of books to match. This collection covers technique guides for beginners and improvers, plus route books for paddling around the UK.

If you are new to SUP, the beginner's guides here will get you started with the basics of balance, stroke technique and safety. Once you are up and running, the route guides open up rivers, coastlines and waterways across Britain, from Scotland to East Anglia. The Paddleboard Bible and Improving Your Stand Up Paddleboarding are good choices for developing your skills further.
