Abdul Khalique is a Master Mariner with extensive teaching experience in maritime safety. Formerly a Principal Lecturer at Warsash Maritime Academy and Head of the LJMU Maritime Centre, he brings a wealth of knowledge in practical safety management and regulatory compliance.
