River Tweed to Duncansby Head

Sailing directions, pilotage and harbour and anchorage listings for Scotland's North Sea coast, by Andy Carnduff and the Forth Yacht Clubs Association.

A cruising guide to the east coast of Scotland, on the edge of the North Sea. The coast suits small and shoal-draught boats that can take the ground, but deeper-keeled yachts also have a choice of harbours and anchorages, particularly in settled weather or offshore winds. It is a common landfall for yachts crossing the North Sea from the approaches to the Baltic, and part of any circumnavigation of Great Britain.

Andy Carnduff wrote the book with the local knowledge of members of the Forth Yacht Clubs Association, building on Martin Lawrence's earlier work. Sailing directions and pilotage notes come with listings of harbours and anchorages and their facilities. It is illustrated with Imray plans and photographs, including several aerial shots.
