Vector Problems on a Dial

Two-sided slide rule for current, wind and storms

A 7-inch (17.8 cm) two-sided circular slide rule in PVC, with instructions printed on the back. One side solves time, speed, distance and fuel consumption, conversions, and multiplication and division. The vector dial on the face solves current sailing, true wind from apparent wind, the apparent wind to expect on another heading, and the course that takes you furthest from an advancing storm, given its position, speed and direction. Limited lifetime warranty.
