Mont St Michel to the Loire

Concise pilotage for the natural anchorages of a 300-mile coastline, with redrawn charts checked against Admiralty and SHOM charts.

Concise pilotage directions for nearly all the natural anchorages on the Brittany coast, from the Bay of Mont St Michel round to the estuary of the Loire.

The anchorages start near Cap de la Hague on the Cotentin Peninsula and include the Iles Chausey. The book enters Breton waters near Cancale and follows the whole 300-mile coastline, with its rivers, estuaries and offshore islands. Short features on the maritime traditions, life and history of the coast run through the pilotage sections.

What's in this edition

The third edition includes many new anchorages and colour illustrations, and the anchorage charts have been redrawn and checked against Admiralty and French SHOM charts.
