About the Authors
Andrea Hoffmann is an art historian specialising in medieval architecture. She works as a travel journalist, mainly in Southern Europe, and has known and loved the Canal du Midi region for 20 years.
Hans Zaglitsch is an Austrian photographer who moved from Vienna to Amsterdam over 20 years ago. He specialises in travel photography, architectural work and reportages. His photographs have been published in numerous travel and city guides, brochures, glossy magazines and photobooks since 1992.
