Step Aboard Titanic as a 1912 Passenger
The Titanic Pocketbook: A Passenger’s Guide offers a unique and nostalgic look at the world’s most famous ocean liner, written as though it were a period guidebook for those preparing to sail. Drawing on authentic early 20th-century sources, it captures the elegance, technical innovation and social distinctions that defined the Titanic’s short but legendary life.
Organised into four richly detailed sections – from design and construction to passenger accommodation and ship operations – the guide is based on White Star Line brochures, The Shipbuilder journal and other contemporary materials. Accompanied by charming period illustrations, it immerses readers in the spirit of Edwardian ocean travel.
