Not what you were looking for? No problem. We accept returns of items in as-sold condition within 30 days. Just let us know and we'll sort everything out, including the cost of return shipping.

GPS Positions on a Paper Chart

Pocket parallel rule with a locking knob

A 7¼-inch (18.4 cm) clear acrylic parallel rule with a locking knob, made for putting a GPS position on a paper chart and reading one off it. Small enough for a pocket or the chart table drawer.

The knob locks the opening, finger holes give a grip, the edge is graduated as a protractor and a ruler runs along the bottom. It comes in a plastic sleeve printed with instructions, with a limited lifetime warranty.

How to use the ParaLock Plotter

Set one edge on the latitude on the chart's scale, open the plotter until the other edge lies on the nearest parallel of latitude, and lock it. Slide it along the parallel to the longitude; then do the same from a meridian to fix the position.
