About the Authors
Steve Haywood is a writer, journalist and filmmaker, and the author of five previous waterways books. A devoted narrowboater for fifty years, he has written a monthly column for Canal Boat magazine for more than a decade and is also the author of Tales from the Tillerman (Adlard Coles).
Moira Haynes is a trained journalist who has worked for local and regional newspapers. She has spent several years as a liveaboard, cruising the length and breadth of Britain’s canals and navigable rivers.
