Black Sea to the Syrian Border

The whole coast of Turkey plus Cyprus, with the latest marina developments and new plans and photographs in the tenth edition.

Turkish Waters and Cyprus Pilot covers the whole coast of Turkey, from the Black Sea down the Aegean coast and round to the Syrian border, and the coasts, ports and marinas of Cyprus.

What's in this edition

Research for the tenth edition took Rod and Lucinda Heikell by boat into the heart of Istanbul, south to Göçek and on to Cyprus. New marinas have been completed and more are under construction, and this edition includes the latest marina developments, with new plans and photographs, many taken by the authors.

Praise for Turkish Waters and Cyprus Pilot

"I would take his Turkish Waters and Cyprus Pilot as my book on the Desert Island."

– Michael Buerk, Yachting Monthly

"a must for anyone sailing in this area."

– The Little Ship

"The wonderful photographs of the Turkish coast together with the descriptions of the harbours and their histories would make this book just as suitable for the coffee table as the navigators section."

– Cruising (Cruising Association)

"Comprehensively researched and superbly presented, no East Med cruising yacht will want to sail without a copy."

– Yachting Monthly
