Memoirs, Biographies & Seafarers' Stories

Sailors tend to have good stories, and this collection is where they tell them. You will find memoirs, autobiographies and first-person accounts of life at sea, from solo circumnavigations and ocean races to quiet cruises and years spent living aboard.

The range runs from Robin Knox-Johnston and other well-known names to less familiar voices with equally good stories to tell. Race accounts, liveaboard memoirs, cruising narratives and biographies of yacht designers and seafarers are all represented. Good reading for the bunk, the cockpit or the armchair.
