Good to Know

Chart packs are delivered flat, with no folds, ready for the chart table.

Chart pack sheets are printed on cartridge paper, which is not water resistant. If you want water-resistant charts for the same waters, Imray's single-sheet charts are printed on Pretex, a synthetic paper that tolerates salt spray and damp conditions.

Imray publish corrections between editions free of charge at imray.com, so you can keep your pack up to date. If you are not sure this is the right pack for your trip, ask us and we'll help you put together the right set, or try our Imray chart finder.

About Imray Chart Packs

Imray Chart Packs cover popular cruising areas in a handy A2 format. Each pack holds a set of double-sided chart sheets running from passage planning scales down to detailed harbour plans, so one wallet covers a whole cruising ground. The sheets draw on official hydrographic data combined with information from Imray's own network of contributors, and each pack includes a voucher for the matching digital charts in the Imray Navigator app.

Imray publishes other chart ranges for different waters: the C Series for Britain, Ireland and Northwest Europe, the Y Series for UK harbours and estuaries, the M Series for the Mediterranean, the G Series for Greek and Turkish waters, and the Imray-Iolaire A, B and D Series for the Caribbean and E Series for the Atlantic islands.

About Imray

Imray has been publishing nautical information for recreational and professional mariners since the mid-18th century. Originally a family business, the company retains continuity through generations of maritime knowledge. Today, Imray is part of FB Imray, a joint venture with freytag & berndt (Austrian cartographic specialists). This has allowed them to combine traditional expertise with modern production methods.

Imray is recognised by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency as a chart producer. Their portfolio extends beyond paper charts to include pilot books, cruising guides, almanacs, and navigation handbooks.
