Returns

Not what you were looking for? No problem. We can accept returns of items in as-sold condition for up to 30 days (maybe a bit longer but don't tell anyone).

Just let us know and we'll sort everything out, including the shipping cost back to us.

Unfortunately this doesn't apply to Print on Demand charts as they are correct at the time of printing.

Of course if there's any faults or damage then let us know and we'll make it right!

ADMIRALTY Instructional Nautical Charts share the same distinctive cartography and hydrography as the world's most trusted and widely used official paper charts, but are produced in a slightly smaller format specifically for training and educational purposes. They can be used in conjunction with exercises from books, college coursework material or past examination papers (such as SQA exams for MCA deck officer candidates) - just check which chart you need from the material you have.

Each chart is officially printed with an agent's stamp and includes a line of print information (date/time/location/agent) in the margin as part of the print-on-demand service.

Planning to display your chart?

Instructional chart sizes are generally slightly smaller than standard nautical charts. We recommend waiting until you have received your chart before framing.

Your chart will be shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. In line with UKHO standards, your chart may be folded up to three times along pre-determined fold lines, depending on its size and shape.

If you prefer to receive your chart unfolded, simply select the 'no folds' option. Please be aware that unfolded charts may naturally pick up some small creases during handling or transit.
